And Now for Something Completely Different

This is a little bit different from the noise we usually post, but it's important. So listen up.

Our pals over at Slutty Fringe have just released the second installment of their mix series, featuring one of our absolute favorite producers/DJs Rory Phillips. (In fact, we like him so much that we're posting this before we've had a chance to listen to it ourselves.)

This is a live set that was recorded at the last Slutty Fringe Party, be sure to check out the original post over at Slutty Fringe for more links to things-Rory!

New Noize

Les Petits Pilous' Bielle EP is out now on Boys Noize Records. The release is a bit of  a change in direction for LPP, who are notorious for making huge, frantic techno-inspired bangers. The Bielle EP is a bit more contained, a bit more diverse and, as a result, bit more effective. Goog, LPP's take on disco-house, is perfect example...

Buy it on Beatport!

Douster Party

Douster (ZZK) just posted a few new remixes that are free to download:  a re-do of his own King of Africa, which appears on the Saga Africa Compilation; a highly effective edit of Untold's Anaconda; and lastly a totally insane remix of Die Antwoord aka the greatest joke the internet ever played.

The Untold track gets my pick (and incidentally is the least hilarious). Lookout!

Douster - King of Africa (VIP Mix)
Untold - Anaconda (Douster Dagga Robot Edit)
Die Antwoord - Enter the Ninja (Douster Butterfly Remix)

Classixx - I'll Get You (Douster Remix) (128)
